This Privacy Policy describes how CV. SARANA MULYA (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you interact with our mobile applications, web resources and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge the practices set out here and the privacy rights afforded to you by applicable law. We process data solely to operate, protect and improve the Service and disclose information only as described below.

Servers automatically log Usage Data each time you interact with the Service. This includes IP address, browser type and version, referring pages, the time and date of each visit, pages viewed and other diagnostic information. Mobile access may add device model, OS version, unique device identifiers and crash reports.
We cooperate with selected providers—such as Firebase, Google Services and Google Analytics—to perform hosting, analytics, push notifications or similar tasks. These partners may process your data under their own privacy terms, which we encourage you to review. Contracts with each provider oblige them to protect user information and use it only for agreed purposes.
We collect and store Personal Data strictly to provide requested functionality. Examples include your e-mail for account verification or your shipping address for order fulfilment.

If you choose to authenticate through Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn, we may receive information already linked to that external account (e.g. name, avatar, e-mail). Our mobile app integrates Android APIs to offer features such as location-aware content, activity recognition and device diagnostics. These APIs may access approximate location, motion sensors and system parameters only to enable described functionality. Collected data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You may review or revoke permissions at any time in your Android settings. Personal Data is stored only as long as required to achieve the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations. Usage Data may be retained longer in aggregate form to improve security and performance.
Your data may be processed on servers located in other jurisdictions. By providing information you consent to such transfers, which are safeguarded by contractual and technical measures consistent with this Policy.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data at any time. Follow the instructions in the Data Deletion Request file or contact us directly. We will comply unless retention is required by law or essential for security.
